Refund Rules

While payment is done through net banking channels /Debit cards / Credit cards, in case of anyamount getting debited from the users account and If Customer does not avail our services andwants refund if any deposit paid by them will be refunded by Pune Piped Gas Co. Will refundthe entire amount deducted electronically (as credit to the relevant bank account / credit / debitcard account) however bank / card transaction charges( 2%+taxes) are likely to be forfeited.Pune Piped Gas Co’s team reconcile payment regularly, Pune Piped Gas Co. shall ensure that therefund is done within 2 weeks of request from customer. The request should be submitted overemail along with deposit proofs in writing before the procedure for refund starts, This is dependson multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems withinternet infrastructure currently available and working days / Holidays of financial institutions.
